We Add Heart is a time to come together to practice simple but powerful heart-focused meditations. The guided meditations focus on using the power of our breathing and experiencing heart-felt feelings such as care, appreciation and compassion for self and others to give our well-being a boost. The sessions last 35 minutes in total.
