We Add Heart is a time to come together to practice simple but powerful heart-focused meditations. The guided meditations focus on using the power of our breathing and experiencing heartfelt feelings such as care, appreciation, and compassion for self and others to give our well-being a boost. The sessions last 35 minutes in total.
