2. Booking and Confirmation

Bookings are made via our online calendar system.
A booking is confirmed once you receive a confirmation email.
We reserve the right to refuse or cancel bookings at our discretion, but we seek to provide at least 24 hours’ notice.

Bookings grant access to virtual sessions (e.g., coaching, webinars, training).
Details of the session, including access links and platform information, will be provided prior to the event.

You may cancel or reschedule your booking up to 24 hours before the session.
We reserve the right to cancel or reschedule sessions due to unforeseen circumstances.
If cancelled by us, you will be offered a refund (where applicable) or an alternative date.

Sessions may be hosted on third-party platforms such as Zoom, Microsoft Teams, or others.
You are responsible for ensuring your device and internet connection meet the platform requirements.
We are not liable for technical issues beyond our control, including connectivity or platform outages.

Sessions may be recorded for quality, training, or access purposes. You will be notified in advance.
By participating, you consent to the recording unless you opt out in writing.
Personal data (e.g., name, email address) may be shared with third-party video conferencing and webinar platform providers solely for the purpose of facilitating your access to the session.
These providers may process your data in accordance with their own privacy policies. We recommend reviewing their terms before joining a session.

We collect only necessary personal data for booking and session delivery.
Data is stored securely and retained only for as long as necessary.
You have the right to access, rectify, or delete your data at any time by contacting us.

All content shared during sessions is the intellectual property of The Yellow Chair unless otherwise stated.
You may not reproduce, distribute, or share session materials without written permission.

We exclude liability for any indirect or consequential loss arising from session participation.
We are not responsible for the views expressed by third-party speakers or participants.

These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales and, where applicable, EU law.
Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
