Jonathan Rennison is the founding director of the yellow chair and an experienced Non-Executive Director. He is an organisational psychologist and leadership coach, specialising in leadership resilience, change and transition and executive career development. Jonathan works with senior executives and supports them in career transitions, achieving NED portfolio careers and supporting their development as leaders through creative challenge, insight and bespoke training. Jonathan works with leaders to help them to build their personal effectiveness and leadership presence, while also supporting the development of high performance teams and organisations.

Hannah is an insightful and responsive occupational psychologist who creates solutions that develop and grow individuals, teams and organisations. She has proven track record of delivering high impact interventions and programmes for her clients and specialises in supporting leaders to develop their skills to create a positive impact and achieve personal and business success.

Hannah also runs her own business and works directly with a wide range of clients.

Rachel Steele is a recruit specialist that helps people make the right decisions for them at the point of making a critical hire or career move. Rachel works with clients to ensure that they hire people whose motivations are in line with the company's vision for the future, so that they bring the energy and drive needed for success. Rachel specialises in the marketing and communications sector and provides support across all levels from graduates through to executive director recruitment. When working with individuals Rachel provides expert career and performance coaching to support people to make the right move for them and to excel in their role.

Helen is a third sector and fundraising specialist with a proven track record in supporting organisations to exceed income targets and secure new income streams across trust, statutory and lottery funders. Helen is expert in supporting organisational strategy development and project development and implementation. Key specialities include grants fundraising, proposal development, fundraising and income generation strategies, prospect research and capital appeals. Helen provides expert advice to executive teams and charity boards to help them to grow and develop high performance organisations.

Rhian is an award winner author, public speaker and executive coach who supports people to thrive in their careers and live a happy and fulfilled life. She combines her coaching and behaviour change expertise with her clients inner wisdom to create new opportunities to flourish and succeed. Rhian supports organisations and individuals to become values-led in order to maximise their impact and thrive. Rhian is passionate about creating resilient and high performance teams and organisations that achieve success while also maintaining a positive and creative culture that fosters well-being and a positive work-life balance.

Ginny is a relationship orientated coach, a skilled facilitator and mentor.  She combines coaching and mentoring skills to work with clients to assist them in shaping their goals, challenging their assumptions, recognising their potential to create connections and opportunities for the future. She often uses a narrative approach and brings humour and energy to her work with individuals and teams. Ginny uses a number of ways to coach, including face to face, telephone and digital technology. She also designs and and facilitates workshops, conferences and other large events. Ginny is an experienced NED and provides coaching and mentoring to support executives to transition to a NED portfolio career
